Cancellation Policy
MSSBS charges a 50% cancellation fee for all appointments and services cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. No-shows are charged 95% of the service price & are no longer welcome to book with MSSBS in the future. All new clients must pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure an appointment.
